These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with InRealms, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide services including but not limited to automation setup, AI chatbot development, and website design using tools such as GoHighLevel, Framer, Zapier, and Make.
The final scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before a project begins.

2. Payments

  • Setup fees are due upfront before work begins

  • Monthly or annual retainers are invoiced and payable in advance

  • All payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (as agreed)

  • Late or missed payments may result in service delays or account suspension

3. Revisions

Each pricing plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes may incur extra fees, which will be communicated in writing.

4. Hosting & Platforms

Depending on your plan, we may host your chatbot, automation systems, or websites under our own agency account (e.g., GoHighLevel or Framer) or set up accounts for you. Ownership and access terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once work has begun on a project, setup fees are non-refundable

  • Monthly and annual payments are non-refundable

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, with service continuing through the end of the current billing cycle

  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for subscription cancellations

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (chatbots, sites, automations)

  • InRealms retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio

  • Any tools, templates, or code used remain the intellectual property of InRealms unless otherwise agreed, and are licensed to you for use as specified in your service agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

InRealms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to use our services or systems.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify clients via email or a notice on our website.
