1. Services

InRealms provides automation setup, AI chatbot development, custom website design, and related digital services.

2. Payments

• Setup fees require upfront payment before work begins.
• Monthly or annual retainers are billed in advance.
• Once work has begun on a project, setup fees are non-refundable.
• Monthly and annual payments are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions require seven (7) days' notice to cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon receipt of complete payment, clients own the final deliverables of their project. InRealms retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

InRealms' liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client during the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
